蟹肉豆腐煎蛋过程图解[13P]

材料:豆腐半盒切粒、鸡蛋5只、蟹肉半杯、葱花2汤匙






1,把鸡蛋打好,然后加入芡汁(清水两汤匙、生粉、盐、胡椒粉适量)在鸡蛋里,再打匀








2,加入豆腐粒、蟹肉、葱花拌匀




3,锅里下油,用汤勺把调好的鸡蛋放到锅里煎,一次不要煎太多,分开4次左右把蛋煎好
