菜心先煮熟后切粒,我是用刀柄把菜心压出水的,再用手榨出水





先炒洋葱、红萝卜、在下菜心渣、咖喱粉、黄姜粉、菜心水煮片刻,最后下盐调味





夹着菜吃很有风味哦
