白灼螺片

一锅水加葱/姜/料酒烧开,放进海螺灼3分钟,捞起泡进冰水凉却,剔肉弃除肠尾,切片备用。将葱丝/蒜蓉/辣椒末和螺片拌均,淋上两大匙滚油,加少许生抽/胡椒粉拌均即可。
