「Skype」是Skype Technologies公司提供的P2P网络电话服务。登録数已超过2亿4600万人、成为了现在网络电话事实上的标准。
面向新型[url=http://psp.cngba.com/][u][color=#810081]PSP[/color][/u][/url]（[url=http://psp.cngba.com/][u][color=#810081]PSP[/color][/u][/url]-2000）的系统软件更新也预定于2008年1月下旬开始、到时便可使用「Skype」的机能。
此外、SCEJ也将于1月24日发售面向[url=http://psp.cngba.com/][u][color=#810081]PSP[/color][/u][/url]的専用话筒。价格如下：1个麦克风的「SINGLE PACK」是2,500円、2个麦克风的「TWIN PACK」是4,000円。
